What We Believe

We believe every single word of the Bible is the Word of God. Therefore, when God says, “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23), and the wages of sin is death (Rom. 6:23)”, we believe that by nature, all people deserve God’s punishment. But God also goes on to say that “the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Rom. 6:23)”. God’s gift to all people is eternal life through his Son Jesus Christ. Therefore we believe that “God wants all people to be saved (1 Tim. 2:4)”. Our mission in Dothan is to proclaim this message: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners (1 Tim. 1:15)”.
